razr, hasnt come yet!!!

ok its been about a week and 2 days now since i ordered my razr from cingular, now they said they were out of stock but does it normally take this long? usualy if i loose my phone and get a replacment it takes about a day or 2, but of course they had them in stock......

Most people would ask for a tracking number information if they are being sent something or ask for it to be e-mailed or some type of notification when and if tracking information becomes available. If the tracking information is not release in a day or so then as a reasonable person would inquire about it and see what the hold up is. So act like a reasonable person and do just that.

call cingular tell them that its been a week and a half tell them if they can tell you where your phone is and the status of it is, thats what i did turns out they never sent my razr and i called them and they realized it then sent it out

Backorder= We don't have the product you desire...when it comes in, we will fill your order.

What sales channel did you order it from? Web? NBO, are you a Blue or Orange customer? These are important points.

Example: I am a Blue customer looking to upgrade my phones and HOPEFULLY stay on a BLUE plan. I am looking at the Black Razr and TREO 650.

10 days ago, both werr on Backorder for BLUE customers, but available on the Orange side of the website and NBO if I were migrating to Orange. The representative told me I couldd order then, or call back early August. CS can't gurantee availability on OOS product.


As it was suggested, get a tracking number, see if it shipped, a be patient!

yea, not to be rude but what does the OP think we will do on here? does he think a cingular rep will look up his account via hofo screen name?

ok i called cingular and they said that they recieved the phone shipment, and that it wil be here on wednesday at the latest.
