x800 earpiece volume compared to GD-87?

been thinking about getting the X800, but the only thing that is keeping me away is what turned me away from panasonic phones a long time ago... the earpiece volume...

back when i had my GD-87 i couldnt hear jack in noisy areas... and wondering if anyone who has the X800 can compare it to the GD-87...

right now i have a O2 X3 and before that had a couple of nokias, and innos all of which have had great ear-piece volume.

i'd appreciate any info!

i've never had the gd87 but i can tell you i can't hear jack when i'm on the streets, in the mall, etc etc... the only time i can actually hear what ppl are saying to me w/o having speaker phone on is when i'm in my room... and that's the reason why i need to get rid of this phone... lates
