I recently received a treo 650 and am trying to install the software on my Mac (iBook G4 laptop), but after getting to 96% installed I receive this error...

"There were errors installing the software"
Please try intalling again.

After unsuccessfully trying to install 5 or 6 times, I installed the software on my iMac (desktop) perfectly fine?! At the point my laptop quits installing, the desktop computer started an application that doesnt start on my laptop. So I am assuming that is the issue, but I dont know how to fix it?

Any advice? Thanks.
