Phone Turns Back On

I just did a soft reset and my phone turned back on after completion. I had been using PowerUp to accomplish this but, if Palm has made it a standard feature, I will not use PowerUp anymore (I hadn't reinstalled it after the upgrade). Anyone else notice this featuer, or am I just imaging it?
