You can import BMP files... and you could even store maps of things like subway routes etc. The only thing you wont be able to do is see an indicator of where you are and your position. Now, a word of caution, there are people who are unable to use the app on the P910 (me for example) and there are others who are able to. It seems to be related to network settings as the app loads fine but fails to connect even though all other net apps work. As I said, there are others for whom it works so you might be lucky. Please try by going to the Generic brand choice and picking the MIDP2 version. The MIDP1 one will work as well but the MIDP2 one has more subtle features. Please keep us posted. |
