X800 network selection

I've tried both manual and automatic, i can't seem to get it on Fido network.
i want it on fido network, Rogers sucks.
every other phone in my house has Fido signal and it's great, the rogers signal cannot pick up in my basement
how do i get it into Fido?

Maybe the Fido in your area only uses 850?

it can't be, when i put my sim card into my SL55, it is on fido however i can force it into rogers if i wanted to which id on't, but i can't get the X800 to do that, when i put it into the X70, it is on fido
