i cant hear people on my se47 ver well

ive dropped my phone and gotten it wet many times but it goes back to being normal after a while but all of a sudden my key volume was really soft and when i received calls or made calls i could barely hear people and i checked and made sure my key volume and all the volumes all the way up and it still makes no difference does anyone know of this problem?

Whats your provider. If you have a cool provider like verizon, the'll just give you a new phone

yea ive got verizon but i dont have any insurance or anything on it will that matter?

Take it in there and see if they will swap it. you might get a refurb but thats basically a new phone. Is the moisture indicatior on the phone (to the right of the esn and other info on the phone) pink or red? if it is then they won't even look at it.

No- checkerboard red and white is good. That means water hasn't penetrated past the exterior of the phone. Verizon will just swap phones- be sure though that you fully test out the one they give you in the store because I got a rotten one once and didnt notice until I got home that the microphone was broken. You may also want to check the 'All Calls' timer to get an idea of how used the phone is.

alright thats good ta hear but last night before i went ta bed i just took the battery out and when i put it in this morning it somehow made everything work which is really sweet but thanks everyone for your help
