We are trying to change the caller ID banner for the Kyocera KX414. We are trying to connect with the following field data:
Bytes - 20
Seem - 449

The program says we are connected but we get the following error:

Online Connection Failure:
Phone Model ID 91 un.known

Also, although the program shows the esn and phone number of the phone that it is connected to, it has the circle with the line through it (simliar to the old Ghostbuster's sign). We are using PST version 6.7.

Any idea why this happens? We are using what we believe is the proper USB cable and since it is reading the esn and mobile number, and says connected, I don't believe the cable is the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
