DCT 4 - Dobson/CellOne Unlock?

I've got a Nokia 6230, that no DCT4 calculator can seem to get right. Being on the Dobson/Cellular One network (310-560), NO ONE seems to have the carrier added into the specs for unlocking.
I've ported from Dobson, back to T-Mo. I want to use my 6230 that I bought from a legit eBay'er (registered warranty with Nokia) on the T-Mo system. However even when I was with Dobson, they would not give me an unlock code for the 6230. T-Mo of course refuses to help until after 90 days of service, and Nokia say's they won't do it either.
Anyone have any suggestions? :rolleyes2
