Panasonic P341i :(

I have panasonic P341i and a usb IRDA adapter and i don't have a software to trasnfer the poly,pictures,etc to my computer in my phone and viceversa(with the windows default program "send files on another computer" works very hard)
I understand that the software is P341i Handset Manager Version but i see is not free 
Somebody can help me with this software ?
If you don't have this i want a universal software which support P341i for transfer stuff to phone via infrared
