my 8900 finally died and i snatched the 8910 for 50 bucks at the VZW store. i just have one question, is it me or do the pics look a look crappier on this "newer" version. mine look really dark and pixelated. is this just on the cell or one the computer too?

try not to use the zoom... 640x320 is great...
zooming kills the quality of the picture...
