I like the screen on the panasonic a little better because not only do walls look better, there is a higher pixel density (same # of pixels as the sharp but in a smaller area).
The phone looks a alot thinner than it actually is, putting it next to my 902 makes it seems thicker than when the phone is just sitting by itself. Yea, the absense of bluetooth is a drag and it could really benefit from a memory card slot, but so far the phone seems like keeper. |

The UI is nice, the camera seems average. I'll have to take some pics when i go on my lunch break today. (I'll be taking pics with both my 902 and the VS3 so I can get a comparison of the quality). |
I bought it for my gf and she loves it. The VS3 is a great girls phone but the VS7/MX7 is another story for us guys.

I personally think Silver goes well with white cover and LEDs. Is new black with 4 covers, usb = $290 shipped good deal? |

anybody know if it is possible to change the softkeys for the standby screen? i wanna get rid of the browser on the right one. |
| Funny thing is when the N840 had a rogers sim in, it said "Rogers Wireless" in white font, but with my fido sim in it, it'd alternate like i mentioned above, but in yellow font. |

I was able to make some mp3's louder so they were roughly as loud as my samsung D500 on it's 2nd highest setting. Which was loud enough for me in my car with the windows down and the phone in a glovebox-like compartment (highest setting on D500 made most ringtones distort). Backlighting for the keypad is much better on the black version than the silver one in some reviews. It lights up the letters/numbers instead of the entire keypad. But most of the time those review pictures overemphasize how uneven it is. Maybe someone w/ the silver one can give their opinion. |

I'm trying to see if there's a way to change them on mine because other than panasonic box, everything else is useless. |
