Hello everybody

I recently bought a DCU 11 data cable for my K700i with the aim that i should be able to transfer the pics that i've taken with the cam of my phone to the PC and also to transfer MP3s to my phone.

I used the software provided with my phone and the CD that came with the cable but now when i connect my phone to the PC, i get a connection. Iam also able to synchronize with outlook.

However when i go to the file explorer. it opens the Phone memory and displays the folders in the phone memory but doesn't go anywhere beyond this. If i double click on any of the folders, i get a message that "unexpected error- unable to connect"

Please help me in resolution of this problem. if there is something wrong that iam doing, plz guide me as i have spent a lot of money on both my phone and the cable but the purpose is still not served.
