Z500a eMail Q

OK, I have a Z500a and I was wondering how I need to set up my email settings? I've been told that Z500a can't do eMail but I know they can since sony sent me a email about emailing. I'm in a tight company computer so if anyone can fix me up with yahoo email settings? Thank you ^^

go to the menu and then go to messages and then e-amil and then setting. when u get there chose new account and then input the setting
