5150 Screen Problems

Hi everyone. I have a 5150 that for some reason is acting up. About a week ago a thin black line appeard horizontally across the center of the screen. So now, the screen is split just like a window. I searched the forum to no avail. I am not sure what caused this. I am thinking about taking it back to Best Buy and invoking my Protection Plan, or using my Sprint Insurance.

Has anyone else seen this on a 5150 or any other phones? It is hard to picture I know, but it honestly looks just like a window frame.

I know it is hard to see, this is from my webcam and I can't find my blasted Polaroid camera to scan one in.

But just barely the black line going horizontally across the center of the screen can be seen.

Any ideas?

If dropkicking it doesn't work, use your warranty - but be warned that some warranties exchange it for a refurb so read your T&Cs.
