Anyone having problems REPLYING to text msgs?

I have one number that texts me every day. In the last 2 wks, I cannot simply REPLY to the text. I get SMS failed each time. BUT, I can send a NEW msg to the same person...what's up with that? The number that comes in on the text is that same one I use to send NEW. I'm on FIDO, he's on ROGERS. Never made a difference before? I roamed over to ROGERS network this morning and still can't REPLY to the SMS. Anyone else have this problem? My colleague called Rogers and they said it's FIDO. FIDO says there is nothing from. We both have 416 area codes...any ideas?

I'm on Cingular and I've had the same problems with replying to texts. Cingular told me to turn the phone off while they "reset" it on their end which has fixed the problem.
