i deleted all my pictures by acccident, help please

ok as soon as i got bitpim i transferred all my pics from my phone to my computer... then i delted the ones on my phone<<< thats not what im worred about, next thing was takin new pictures on my phone so then i transfereed the new pics to my comp, when the new pics were transferred the old pics were delelted... are they deleted entirely? is there anyway i can get them froma temp directory or something?
