sync issues anybody

i just got a nokia 6630 .
phone is awsome, just sum sync issues.
im using outlook, and the way it works with palm is that once a note is synced . if i make changes to the note. it replicates the changes into my palm. thus updating the note with my palm handheld.
now the note was syncked to my 6630 but the changes haven't gone thru.
wondering has anybody come accross this issue and how to resolve it

The syncing software for the Nokia's is not nearly as good as the Palm software. I really wish I could use Intellisync. At any rate I have this kind of problem, unforuntalely not just with notes but with Contact too.
