6600 VGA Cables?

Looking for VGA cables for the 6600 - want to do powerpoint presentations on an external device.
Can anyone recommend where to get such a thing? Does it even exist?

http://www.margi.com/ has several options, but I'm not sure on their business status - they seem to be discontinuing a big chunk of their product line, and all retailers I can find don't seem to have any stock.
If you can find one, though, the Presenter-To-Go product works very well for what you want.
