Can anyone advise me of what this problem might be.

After my phone is fully charged I can only use it for 2-3 hours and then the phone will not go on. But when I put it back on charge it tells me its fully charged in only 5-10 minutes. And then I can put the phone on for only 2-3 hours again. Is it the phone or the battery? Because the phone does work for 2-3 hours before it looses it charge.

Yep, time for a new battery. I had this same problem until I replaced the battery.

Thanks, I just wanted to try to verify that before I would have to send the phone back. But I see that you have the same phone. I called the company and thier replacing the battery at no charge. thanks for your reply.
