Vibrate, vibrate 4900 baby

is there any way to make a phone vibrate harder?? i don't like sounds lately, and i want to put my phone on vibrate but when its in my pocket i don't feel it most the time cause its vibration is not strong enough
[edit:... i forgot to mention its a scp-4900 that i have
, okay phone btw, i have used a samsung 3500, sanyo 4500 and 4700 but none of them for extended period of time and scp 4900 has been good to me]
