Can only dial SMT5600 from PDA over Bluetooth Once

I can dial a phone number from my Dell Axim PDA paired with my SMT5600. But, it only works one time. After than, the Axim connects to the phone, and sends the number to it, but it never dial it.
If I power cycle the SMT5600, I can get it to work again, once.
