s710a and private calls

Hello everyone .
My rogers s710a show both private calls and unknown calls as UNKNOWN !
my moto showed the one which person blocked the number as private and the one which no number available as unknown ( like overseas call ) .
do u know if there is any way to fix that in s710a ?

All i know is that the motorola softwear lists unknown callers from a network other that its own as unknown, and calls from its own network that are unlisted as private.
The s710 doesnt do this it actually will say Unknown when the number has been blocked from the network, and as With Held when that person blocked their number from being displayed.

thanks for replying to my message . I have s710a for 3 month , all the block number shows as unknown . and when you go to caller list after you finished the call , in caller list it shows withheld
in my motorola v600 , callers which block there numbers shown as private and caller from outside of the network which block there numbers or there network don't send the number is shown as unknown .
