i currently have the 6600 and i just got the motorola hs820 bluetooth headset. I tried connecting them and my phone doesnt' see the headset. The headset is fully charged and is on.

now my bluetooth rom is 1.0.0.3500, i have read around the net that there is a 1.0.0.3900 rom update out there but i have not been able to find it.

does anyone know where i could find these updates and if this will solve my problem. Thank you

Make sure that you put the headset into discover mode. To do this you hold down the mfb for quite a bit longer than you would just to turn it on.

Once it's in discover mode, go to your 6600 - bluetooth manager - new - hf/hs setup - next - motorola hs820 - password

It should be fairly self explanatory once you get the headset into discover mode. During 'normal' power on mode, the headset won't appear in the list of devices on the 6600.
