WebJal question and yes I've searched!

Ok WebJal is loaded. I can login but I cannot connect to the phone. In preferences the "via USB" box is check, and the baud rate is 19200. On the phone the baud rate is set to "Auto". I do not have any Java apps running on my phone that would make a problem. I installed the USB drivers just as the write up says. I did it twice just in case. I looked in device manager and everything looks good (Motorola iDEN Modem). I do NOT have any question marks or any conflicts. Finally, yes the phone is connected to the cable to computer b/c the computer recognizes it b/c it makes the distinct sound and the phone states "Device Attached." Any ideas? A friend recommend me this site and he said you should be able to help. Thank you in advance!

make sure the connections are clean on both phones and cable, and put the cable in a diff port on your puter.

u should probably try setting the rate on your phone to 19200 instead of auto
