Siemens CT66 with Cingular (Customization)

Anyone have any idea how to crack/hack the phone to get rid of all of Cingular's gay modifications and restrictions on the phone, cause of course when you talk to Cingular they have no clue what your talking about and they don't even have the same manuals that they ship to their customers, go figure, this way the tech support can't be like yeah that's in my manual too, they take it out on purpose to confuse and frastruate the consumer and automaticly create a MONOPOLY!
