Camera timer for SMT5600?

Is there anyway to set a timer for the video and/or camera with the 5600?
Any software available?
I did a search and found nothing.

there is such a app but i can't remember where i downloaded it from, pm me and i will mail you a copy, it basicly put a shortcut and when pressed will take a picture 5 second later.
