Hard reset. Hold down the top wireless key and push the reset button in the hole on the back. This will delete all user data on the phone. This is the only way to stop a loop reset.

ok i did that now i cant hot syc cause when i press the buttin it turn wirless mode off and restarts im about to smash this ****in phone a 450$ phone should not do this

how do i select what i cant restored onto the phone when i hotsync it cause the program is being restored to the phone when i do it

you have to create a new hotsync profile or all your old problems will be synced right back on your phone. Hard reset again & delete your hotsync profile. Just wipe everything clean & start over. And try to remember what software you installed to start that reset loop & leave it alone from now on...

But i know exactly what program did it and my hard drive is erased and when i hot sync it it goes back on so is there a way i can hotsync all the old ones back on but slect the bad program to not be synced back onto the phone ?

Unfortunately I dont think so. This has happened to me many many times & I haven't found any way to do that. You'll just have to start over. But get a program like Backupman or InnerBackup to backup your files, and if this happens again, you can hard rest and those programs DO allow you to select which data you want to restore so you can leave out the bad prog.
