Best Video recording and storage capability?

I'm in the market for a new phone and need one with pretty good video and camera capabilities, as well as possibility for large memory storage. Any recent or up and coming phone is fair game. I've searched around the forums but the video threads seem to be phone specific so I cannot draw many comparisons from them.
Unfortunately I am not in Japan so those camera models are out of question
