i got a slider from a friend and i locked it by accident. He does not know the code...and when you power the phone on and off it asks for this code. I have tried everything last 4 of the number...0000...1234. I know these phones have generic codes for this situation. Does anyone know it? someone has to have done this..

Please let me know if you get any info on unlocking the slidere. I have an SE44 on QWEST network and can't unlock it to use it on ALLTEL.

is it the same security code?? im just looking for the bypass code... my LG phone has one..based on the serial # i think...i am just wondering if these phones do too

Usually when you reprogram a Kyocera the four-digit security code gets set to the last four numbers of the phone number. Did you try the last four of your number?
