MMS settings for a 6230 on ATT

I have done some searching but can't seem to find the thread that had the minor change to the setup of my Nokia 6230b to make it able to send MMS with an ATT sim card in it. I had the change on my old 6230 but I can't remember what it was. Can somebody help me. I already had Nokia send me the info via SMS from their website.

Nokia normally has the settings on their website depending on the phone that you own. Sony Ericsson also has this available on their website.

I have done both now and neither are making me able to send MMS.
