Doesn't cingular and nokia have a candybar contract?... how about the SLVR L8?

Title says it all... Last time I checked the SLVR L8 was a candybar phone. If Nokia and Cingular have that contract, how can this be? Maybe their contract has ended... perhaps this means other candybar phones from Sony Ericsson comming out too with the 850 band? Ahh, a guy can wish, right?

The Audiovox Smartphone is candybar, the Siemens phone is a candybar phone.
