Just curious, if I XBM a 3300, what do you think I'd get?? I doubt they have any 3300s in stock, I'm willing to bet it'd be that awful LG 9100. Was kinda hoping it'd be a 6820, but given the other features, I doubt it. What do you guys think?

I think they'd give you the cheapest Nokia they sell - the 3120. As far as I know, they don't sell the 6820 anymore, at least not in GA. Give it a shot though. Try playing dumb and acting like you don't know they don't sell it anymore and ask where you go from there...

I forgot to mention this, your warranty only lasts one year. They havent sold the 3300 in way over a year.

But I bought mine this year.

It's unbranded, is the only thing. The 6820 is supposed to be phased out, was one reason I thought maybe i'd get one of those.

where did you buy it? ebay? they dont cover that and either way the imei is probably not under 1 year old

they still have (or recently had) the 3300 on display at a kiosk in a mall in cambridge.

a kiosk means nothing, those are agents and probably dont even know what they have on display- if they do they may carry the phone but they can carry any phone they want

I checked the IMEI on Nokia's website, says it expires April 06.

And yeah, i got it on ebay, the only way they'd know is if they noticed it was unbranded. I'm probably not going to do it, I have XBMed three different phones this year alone. (all mine, all had legitimate problems, so no flaming) this one would have been a stretch, admittedly. I was just wondering what I would get, given the other thread that someone lock/lined a 6230 and was given a s710a. I know lock/line and XBM are differnt but i thought it'd be interesting. I was actually hoping an XBM rep was on here somewhere...
