Problem with Treo 650 not dialing out

Anyway, I just got my treo 650 on Friday morning. So far, I'm loving it. However, I've had two instances now of a disturbing problem. The first Saturday morning, the second tonight.

I went to the phone mode to try to make a call. the phone was on and the network meter showed full bars. However, when I hit dial, the phone would just sit there on "dialing" and never actually complete the call. I tried all sorts of numbers even voicemail, same problem. This problem happened both times in the same way.

I resolved it by turning off the phonee portion, then turning it on again. It seemed to work fine after that.

I have version 1.15 on the Treo, and this happened the first time before I had even loaded any 3rd party apps.

Any ideas? Anyone else experienced this problem?
