How does one send Images and Music files to an LG VX6100?

Yeah...I'm a newbie 
Does anyone know of a way I can send any types of music and image files to my LG VX6100? I've been looking everywhere on google, and I've even searched for quite a while on this site, but still, I cannot find anything useful.

I tried using the "yournumber@vzwpix.com" thing, but it's just NOT working. And I can't buy a cable (....my mom's a *****)

I figured out the picture thing...but still NO clue about the music. I can't get the MP3 files or the qcp files :hurt:
