How to transfer BB7520 Phone book?

I just bought a Nextel Moto i710 as a spare phone. The thing is i know the BB phone book is not saved on the SIM card. Is there any way i can possibly transfer the phone book the the 710 anyway? I have alot of contacts and it would be terrible if i had to enter each one again! I thought i once heard something to transfer threw outlook? Not really sure.
