Hi, I have had some of my customers who saw my posts on howard forums tell me I should post a message, since verizon no longer activates these phones. I have been selling these for a little over a year now, as well as repairing them. If you break yours, you can not just get another because verizon wont activate it, however as long as the main board is still good (the main board that holds the phones info like esn number- their are 2 main boards in the phone), you can simply buy the part you need for it and ur all set. I have LCD'S also. a very common problem is when you close it, the phone doesnt recognise its closed, I sell the phones for 35 bucks, so if you got one simply follow the included instructions and remove ur main board and drop it into this phone- ur esn number didnt change, so no need to worry about verizon telling you they wont activate it. I am a phone dealer / tech full time online, so it may take a day or two to check my email but feel free to email me at mds33200@yahoo.com or check me out at ebay my id is mds33200, my phone number is on all my auctions.
