so a few days ago my sidekick has been acting up, and basically just some of the keys dont work. the t,z,8,1,j and comma button do not work as well as the up key on the directional pad and the right button that controls the sound. this happened out of nowhere, wasnt dropped/exposed to heat or anything. sometimes it will go crazy and it seems like all the keys that dont work, are magically pressed. what i mean by this is the sidekick will go crazy and the numbers/letters that dont work will appear on the screen(in the phone mode). i called tmobile and they had me to a hard reset, and then when that didnt work the lady told me they will try draining the batter or something along those lines. has this ever happened to anyone? its really annoying not having those keys available to use. will i be able to get an exchange if they cannot fix it? sorry if its confusing i wrote this up quick

Just call again until you get a rep that knows what they are doing. They should send you a new or refurb unit since yours is defective. The worst case is they can claim its your fault the button broke and they will charge you $70 out of warranty fee.

If they are still giving you trouble just call them and tell the battery isnt holding a charge and tell how it only last for about an hour or two. Then they handset exchange it...not that I do this type of thing
