Help Need Service Programming Code

Hi,
Well I'm hoping that someone out there has SPC for QWEST. I have a Kyocera SE44 that was on QWEST and I need the SPC to program it to work on the ALLTEL network. I'd greatly appreciate and have some docs that I can share. Thanks, Moncreation.
