I live in Queens and works perfectly
Data - I get "Data service not available at this time"

I work lower Manhattan and it doesnt dial???
Data - "PPP Timeout Error"

I updated the roaming already using *228...

Any ideas?? TIA

Do other phone's get reception in these areas?

Both data and voice?

Do you have a data plan enabled on your account?

Have you called your provider and asked them if there's an outage in these areas?

After going through a week with exchanging brand new phone. I finally discovered it only works at home.

The other Verizon phone in my office is working just fine.
