Yep. Been using it almost a year now with my Mac. Bluetooth modem and sync...

mind enlightening me on all the correct settings for bluetooth modem? and how did you get it to sync over bluetooth? do you use PocketMac?

For sync I use MarkSpace Missing Sync. 2.0 and later supports Smart Phones. I'm a beta tester for them and 2.0 really has some outstanding issues. However, the latest 2.0.1 beta version is working flawlessly now. I expect them to release it soon. I use it with Address Book and iCal.

I used PocketMac at first. I had it working great with Entourage under Panther. But after upgrading to Tiger, it didn't work so well at all. I also switched to Address Book and iCal when upgrading to Tiger, so that could have been it, but I'm sticking to MissingSync now since it's so much slicker and better integrated.

For Bluetooth modem, download the script here:

Settings are: Cingular GPRS, WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM, CINGULAR1, *99#

I tried this but it didn't work. I set it up the exactly the same way and tried with the same Generic Bluetooth Phone and another modem script I found for the Audiovox SMT 5600. When I used the Generic Bluetooth Phone modem script is says "modem error has occured. Please verify your settings and try again." When I use the other modem script it says modem error sometimes and other times it says "No answer from the remote site. Please verify your phone number and try again"

help?

maybe you could tell me what tick boxes you have ticked and all?
also I should mention I am using the bluetooth modem, I did not set up a new internal modem connection for the phone
