My mother had a T637. It was stolen and we called Lock/Line and made a replacement request. They sent her a Moto v551. All was well, but after 1 week the phone froze. We couldn't power it off or anything, so I took out the battery and put it back in, but the phone wouldn't turn on at all.

So I called Lock/Line and they happily sent me another replacement, and the phone they sent me was a Moto v220. My mother really didn't like this phone so I called and told Lock/Line that I did not belive the Moto v220 was not a comparable model to replace the T637 or the v551 because it was lacking bluetooth. The rep was so nice and said she'd send another one right away (of course I need to return these two phones). Well, today (less than 24 hours later) the phone comes.

Are you ready for this? IT IS A NOKIA 6620! Holy smokes! And my mother will in no way appreciate this.

I'll trade you a v551 for a 6620.

Heck, the v551 for the T637 was a good enough deal in and of itself... but a 6620??! WOW.... and you're right, no way she's gonna appreciate it. You should take it from her.

Wow..thats a big jump..i guess lockline is being spontaneous...just a few days ago i posted on here,when i recieved an SE S710a instead of a 6230b replacement.ofcourse im keeping the SE..lol..its for backup now.but at any rate..i wonder why is lockline offering higher end models to replace lower ends..i guess it depends on the customer service rep you get huh?

Man, I better take notes. I'm having a similar issue with my 6230 (all Atlanta-area stores are COMPLETELY out and have 7000 on backorder) and was also offered a v551. Maybe I should take it, let it **** up, then get a 6620.
