THE TOP 1/10TH OF MY TREO SCREEN TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK, THE BOTTOM 1/10TH ALSO DOES NOT WORK, ANYONE else have this prob..any help would be appreciated

go to touchscreen in prefs and re-calibrate the digitizer
