I dug around here a little bit, but I didn't find anything. I can't get my alarm to work properly. 90% of time when I set it, it doesn't go off. My ringer is turned on, set to normal sounds. Thankfully I work at home and its not made me late, but its annoying to wake up an hour later than you want to because yoru alarm never went off... any fixes to this?

I find that when my phone clock reaches its set time, sometimes it delays before it actually goes off. Sometimes it won't go off at all either, so it just might be a weak feature in the KX2. Kyocera probably is working to put that into a software update because it seems to be a common problem. Unless anybody elase has nething to say, I wuold guess that that is the answer.

Today I sat and stared at it as the time passed and it didn't go off. It's like if you have it set for too long before the designated time it won't go off. If I set it for 5 minutes from now, it seems to work usually...

I can confirm that. In some thread long time ago someone wrote that Kyo support said is was normal behavior

That's really annoying. My Phantom was a pile of poo, but at least its alarm worked...
