I downloaded the changme app and also an icon set. When I open the program and click change icon nothing happens. Am I missing something???

Yeah, same here. Could be because I have the app installed on my SD card though.

I have mine installed in RAM, but it does the same thing. Also, while playing with it, I accidentally changed the "Change Me" logo to the "contacts" Icon, and the restore feature wouldn't work to change it back.
