MP3 and my SD Card

Ok so I want to pull some MP3 from my laptop to my SD mem card. Is this possible? Can I blutooth them over to the card? or can I sink my treo and do this?

Either use a SD card reader or use an app call CardExport II.

Do not know if there is an app that can do BT transfer of MP3s yet.
