i have a motorola V710, and have had no problems emailing myself ringtones after creating a 64kbps ringtone and changing the extension to mid. My best friend just got a VX6100 today, and i emailed the files to his phone, which he received and can play, but when he tries to store it, it tells him the file has to be smaller than 30k. Is he (or am I) going about this wrong? Surely there's a way to email the files to his phone where he can store them without compromising file size that much (orig file = 140k). Sorry if this has been posted before, these forums are massive!!!!
