email problem?

when i get and send my email it deletes the old ones. how do i get my p910 from doing that?

Do you download your e-mail onto your computer? That might be one reason because once it's downloaded on your computer it deletes off the server and when your p910i "gets and sends" it finds nothing on the server and will delete off your handheld. It's almost like it shows you whats on the server. It's not like a blackberry device where it stay on the blackberry server.

If you already knew that, than I don't know what else could be doing it. Hope that helps.

Use Outlook and check off the settings in Outlook to leave emails on server even if it's downloaded. Have it delete off the server after a specific amont of days.
