X800 caller ID not showing up

so I dunno why but caller ID isnt showing up on my x800. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. i already double checked to make sure that there's no duplicates in the phonebook entry. is there anything else i can do to fix this problem?
does it have something to do with the fact that i transfered the sim entries from a Moto V600. the entries that i entered into the x800 by myself, the caller ID works..

try adding a '1' to the front of the phone number and see if that helps.

Try removing the country code altogether and see if it helps. At least for my X800, I find that the phone has problem associating the phone numbers if the country code is included.

For eg. in Singapore, our country code is +65 and my mobile phone operator, SingTel, transmits it with the caller's number, such as +6512345678. If the phonebook entry records the caller as +6512345678, the association will not work. But if I record it as just 12345678, it does. Not sure why though and it is certainly a minor hassle, especially when I travel.
