Stupid Question/Need Confirmation-Data Cable for Z500a

Hey, I just bought a Data Cable (DCU-11) for my Z500a since it doesn't have infrared/bluetooth so I figured I'd go get myself a data cable to transfer media and stuff onto my phone from the PC. I just have one stupid question..
Because a few weeks earlier, I downloaded ringtunes from my phone using WAP and it cost me like $40 in total which is ridiculous...so I'm asking, since I got a data cable, and I download the ringtunes onto my PC and then transfer them onto my phone...will that cost any money at all???
I don't want to spend another $40 on some ringtunes..
